Founded by Chris "Sanctionite" Zakrzewski on May 23, 2016, the organization rapidly grew in size, reaching a user-base of thousands of members. To this day, it continues to expand. Upper Echelon Gamers can be found all over the Internet, ranging from social media groups, game-based clans and teams, to entertainment platforms such as Twitch and YouTube.

The Upper Echelon Network has always been intended to be a platform for content creators to utilize resources provided by Upper Echelon LLC to market their channels and build communities, while representing the Upper Echelon brand. It was always meant to be a mutual partnership. However, the network has had some growing pains over time. At various intervals, a lack of coordination, overloaded schedules, and problems syncing features/resources between candidates and staff has lead to stagnation. We recognize this, and are moving forward with a new structure. Some previous structural elements made it difficult for the network’s operators to implement new methods of marketing partnered channels and helping brand/grow our partners. Community members and partners alike were concerned and frustrated about the situation, so action has been taken. In order to tackle these issues, a committee has been formed with the goal of transforming and reestablishing the network as a valuable and functional operation. After collecting analytical data, communicating with internal parties and members, and debating on the best course of action, it was settled the network would function in the following manner. Streamers can apply to join the network, at which point they will be vetted. Applicants will be reviewed objectively based on a document of guidelines, which only serve the purpose of streamlining the admissions process. The guidelines are not meant to be inflexible or confining, they exist as a framework to standardize the process. Furthermore, the network itself will be scouting for streamers or other forms of content creators to invite, which will allow current partners to easily connect with new streamers, as opposed to partners having to go through the effort of branching out themselves. When it comes to partnership perks, we expect partners who are passionate or interested about working with Upper Echelon to utilize the resources that are being sourced and maintained. The website provides a platform to showcase one’s community, announce events, and sell merchandise or other content to a site that is attracting nearly 100 unique visitors a day, and there are many others perks we have ready to offer, which will be detailed in another article down the road. Change can sometimes be hard, or unexpected. We want to ask that those with feedback on the process, or the structure reach out to us through one of the many contact channels (or comment directly below this message). Over the course of this process there have been many changes in the UEN roster, and to all past, present and future UEN participants we would like to say thank you, especially to those who have helped facilitate what we believe will be an amazing step for the network as a whole. The network, once again, is meant for mutual partnership that involves working together closely with fellow streamers and network coordinators to organize events and allow the network to effectively market partnered channels. We will be expanding on the existing features and finding new ways to promote and benefit partnered channels over the coming months. The Upper Echelon Network project is still a work-in-progress as we try to explore and debate different ways of handling and promoting growth. So far, the changes that have been implemented are with confidence that they will set the foundation for further growth and benefit. Thank you for reading.

So I’m creating this topic for those of us who play this game with nothing but the blind faith that running into the depths of hell with nothing but a little pink gun and a pretty backpack is enough... oh and some pretty eyelashes. I still have zero idea how this damn game works and would be curious to know if I’m the only imbecile playing it in this manner. I have on many occasion pulled the girl card in the DZ - “please don’t kill me” and hey - it works. I love this game. Consequently I was invited to UEG by a friend and it has changed my entire gaming experience. I never knew about Sanc, but I know about him now and well, I don’t know and care what happened before - thank you. I’m also thankful to Manny because his friendship allowed me a direct channel into groups of gamers who are well - exceptional humans. So share your story with me. Tell me I’m not alone in my inability to fathom how this game works but don’t care. As long as my ass looks good when I get shot down, I’m happy 😆

Welcome to Upper Echelon. What is Upper Echelon? Upper Echelon was founded primarily as a social gaming community. Since inception, the goal has been to provide a well organized and helpful environment for as many gamers as possible. Upper Echelon soon evolved into Upper Echelon LLC with the slogan "Innovative Careers in Gaming" a company specializing in community development and event management, but even then it was just the start. As the Upper Echelon communities expanded the Upper Echelon Network was born. The Upper Echelon Network (UEN for short) is a group of streamers, YouTubers, and writers that have likeminded goals of building and fostering a creative community for the benefit of its members. Within the UEN are a host of talented creators and gamers from ex-pro players to purely entertainment based personalities all helping to build the Upper Echelon (as well as their own) brand. What is the Upper Echelon Network? Upper Echelon LLC and the Upper Echelon Network function in harmony, with Upper Echelon LLC planning and executing events, providing consultation services to Streamers and other Creators, as well as continuing to build communities in various social media, and individual games. The UEN, while similar, is built around the mutual benefit and expansion of interested content creators and Upper Echelon, but more importantly their peers. The UEN is a social group of dedicated creators working their way towards individual goals with the help of their fellow members, and the Upper Echelon team as a whole. Want to work with us? The Upper Echelon core team, as well as the Upper Echelon Network, are currently open to applications. We invite any interested creators to reach out to us and see if joining the UEN may be a good fit that will both help them grow their brand and help UE as a company expand its reach and community development potential. If you would like to be out of the spotlight, but still possess a drive to tackle obstacles, build social spaces, and help polish various gaming-related projects, let us know, the Upper Echelon LLC development team is always looking for talented passionate gamers. As Upper Echelon continues to expand we will be breaking into the Esports scene with our own teams, there will be numerous events, giveaways, charities and much much more. We look forward to growing the community further with our new and expanding website. Thank you for reading. And for all those interested in working with UE further, feel free to drop us a line through the contact form at the bottom of the page. Chris (Sanctionite) CEO - Upper Echelon LLC

I can tell you from experience that these situations are almost always preventable. There will always be trolls or harmful viewers who wish to harm your broadcast but a simple visit to your Local PD where you set up a safeword, establish a call procedure in the event of emergencies, and simply let them get to know you, your voice, and inform them of what you do and the dangers surrounding it will prevent 99.9% of the possible swatting danger. (As a side note I am pretty sure that I am the friend Zader is referring to) Its cool to hear that you are considering content creation/streaming. If you do go down that road its important to be aware that there will always be a few malicious people out there but the harm that they can do is usually minimal and should never prevent you from pursuing your dream.

Hello my name is Cayman but generally I am referred to as Caveman or CavemanPRDR due to my twitch username and xbox gamertags. I am a usual viewer to Hypnoticz twitch stream and often times I play PubG on pc with him and others that are a part of the UE/UEN community. The excessive annunciation of the last 4 letters of my username is actually an inside joke among Hypnoticz and his viewers on twitch. If you would like to know more about me please feel free to reply!

Hello everyone, I appear as Lord Shaffer or lord_shaffer11 on most if not all of my media platforms. I moderate numerous streams on twitch and stream myself a little, but that is mostly me working on the adobe suite. My primary job is Assistant Video Coordinator for an American University football team. I have helped a few streamers get started and build their communities into vibrant, welcoming places for all involved. My primary connection to the UE is through Hypnoticz as I moderate his stream and through him I have met zader, manny, ez, and countless others. I look forward to being part of this community and seeing where it takes us. As to my gaming I stick to console because that is where a majority of my friends are and I do not currently have the resources to sink into a beastly gaming machine. Maybe one day in the future I can do just that, but right now console is the best for me. I play sports games, just getting into looter shooter with pubg xbox release, and play a variety of shooters. Look forward to getting to knowing you all much better, Lord Shaffer

Whats new? The answer is, a lot of things. There are a host of new features (and many more being developed constantly) for the community to use. The new site is built to benefit both individual creators as well as content creators, as they try to get the most out of their gaming experience. FORUMS Pretty straightforward, everyone knows forums. But our forums are now bigger and better with a superior layout, better organization and a much more professional setup. Create topics, get discussions going, and participate in a variety of ways with the community. CLUBS Clubs let users create their own sub-communities within our site, complete with forums, galleries and more - ideal for departmental groups, interest-based communities and social experiences outside of individual games, with a large community that is both helpful and fun. These can be used for game guilds, friend groups, or events. Public, Private, Open, Closed. Clubs can choose an appropriate club type to determine how much they share with the wider community. Club moderators can be granted full control over their clubs, and approve join requests or invite new members to the club. Club content is fully integrated into the community - content will appear in users' activity streams, search results, and users get notifications. Leaders can customize their club with a photo, banner image, and add new content areas when needed. CALENDAR Set up events in any number of calendars created within the community. Customize event pages and request RSVPs from other users. There will be community sponsored events, giveaways, streaming events, charities and more... You can create events for your club, your friends, or the community at large. Please reach out to moderators or administrators for assistance organizing these events and utilizing the tools. FULL MERCHANDISE STORE (Updating frequently) Our merch store has been crafted carefully. We will be offering a wide selection of specific game based, as well as Upper Echelon themed merchandise to gamers. Are you a content creator? We will be finalizing an affiliate program, through which you may offer your own merchandise with customized designs and graphics to your community with a commission on each sale. Want it your way? We will be offering merch that can have your own personal name, Gamertag or slogan on it. LEADERBOARD and REPUTATION SYSTEM You can now like or dislike posts made by others members. Simply hover over the blue heart at the bottom right of posts, to submit a rating. The site now has a functional leaderboard point system based on activity, which allows you to earn your way to larger rewards that Upper Echelon will be providing to the community. MORE COMING SOON We are working on additional exciting features to enable you to share content with the community in various ways. Stay tuned for updates!

I don't want to get involved in any political discussions or such, but with the recent event in Kansas and this community that has a number of Streamers and Online Personalities I'd really like to have an open discussion about everyone's thoughts on issues with abusive viewers or things taking way out of control. At some point in the future I do have serious plans to begin streaming, mainly waiting for the funds to build a new rig to handle what I want to do, that being said I do have a family and hearing some of the crazy things that happen to streamers makes one wonder how safe certain aspects of streaming really are for all involved. In the case of the Kansas event, there was apparently a disagreement between two teammates for either a CoD or CS:Go match, can't remember which game it was, but the one teammate had another member of the community who is known for calling in "swatting" prank calls perform a prank call on this other teammate which lead to the police showing up at this man's house and they ended up shooting and killing the man. Now, they have since arrested the person who made the prank call. I don't want to get into who is at fault or the issue with the police, I have my own take on law enforcement agencies and it's a debate that doesn't usually go well. What I'd like to know is how do this community's member handle toxic viewers who take things beyond normal internet hate and cross the lines of possible threats. For the record I think prank calls of this nature are wrong and shouldn't even be considered funny, I don't believe sending the police to anyone's house for any reason other than true fear of actual danger or threat being a reality; however, I know we live in a day and age where people sitting behind computer screens feel nearly untouchable and often streamers are inviting complete strangers into a small part of their home. I assume that there are easy ways for the public to find out personal details about a streamer if they really wanted to do so. So, do you feel that these situations are easily avoidable or are there perhaps steps that need to be put in place to properly and better protect the streamer and their identity? Hopefully this topic is okay because I do believe it is an important issue to consider and discuss; please don't stray from the topic to discuss this from a political opinion or agenda, I want responses in relation to Streamer Safety and Viewer etiquette / safety measures. Thanks!

What’s up guys and gals. I’m mainly a division player but I also play Cod and Fortnite. I mainly play solo and I’m looking for friends to join up with. Solo play is nice but most games are way more fun with other people. I play on Xbox one. My gamertag is Jriggs2. I’ve been following Chris for a long time and love the content he creates. He is the main reason I’ve stuck with the division for this long. I love going against the grain and not using meta type builds. Hit me up. I’d love to add more friends and have more fun playing. Thanks and I look forward to dominating the Dark Zone with you fellow agents.

After spawning into a glitch lobby last night in squads we noticed players were dropping rapidly fast. THE RESULT was a very fun and different 3v3 death match for a chicken dinner in the fastest PUBG game I have ever played. This got me thinking, hummmm what about a 40-50 player elimination locked to big city’s in PUBG like Pochinki, or Rohzohk? https://clips.twitch.tv/AliveUninterestedNuggetsWoofer?tt_medium=clips_api&tt_content=url

Between DrDisrespect's departure, and the introduction of the new map and terrible Xbox One release, I feel personally the game is losing its steam.... and at a fast rate. The map has huge issues right now gameplay wise as in it is double the size as the current map in terms of "playable" space, and the players per server has not increased at all and is still locked to 100 max. This is a huge problem for me because the action in games now is typically at the beginning and end of every game on average now. If you win an early engagement that means you may be waiting upwards of 20-25 min before your next fight after tracking threw miles of open desert with almost no cover. If that didn't sound boring enough, imagine the circle closing across a open dessert and have to run towards a rock formation that another team is already occupying! Its like shooting fish in a barrel with no cover you might as well give up if you get spotted. The new map is also hard to look at with no vegetation, and the buildings interior design makes them confusing a slower to loot. This all has me begging for a match making feature that puts the option to never play this map again in my hands. PUBG on Xbox is a broken mess of a game that has no right to cost $30 USD when Fortnite is on the same platform for FREE. What a steaming pile of hot wet garbage! I mean this thing runs just as bad as UpperEchelonGamers Dodge charger {kappa} but for real this game on Xbox currently as it stands has no reason to exist. I cant go into details as we will be here all day. Go look at various Youtube videos to get a solid idea and also to get a good giggle, go to Xbox's twitter account and watch them promote the game as there is nothing wrong with it trying to cash in on PUBG name. Dr.Disrespect's absence on twitch and the PUBG scene I feel is actually hurting the game now! I don't know if anyone feels the same but its something I have noticed as the energy from the directory seems to be dwindling down slowly? anyways I would love to hear thoughts on the current state of PUBG. Do you like the new map? Have you tried the Xbox version .5.4.1 pre alpha build? Do you feel PUBG is losing popularity due to the DOC being gone?
